Mama C’s Pumpkin Pie
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups fresh or canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup evaporated milk
1/8 cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons liquid egg whites
9” pie crust
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Whisk all the ingredients together.
Pour into pre-baked pie shell (graham cracker or regular).
Bake for one hour.
Filling will be soft. Will set as it cools.
