Mama C’s Pumpkin Pie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups fresh or canned pumpkin

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 cup evaporated milk

  • 1/8 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites

  • 9” pie crust

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 325º F.

  2. Whisk all the ingredients together.

  3. Pour into pre-baked pie shell (graham cracker or regular).

  4. Bake for one hour.

  5. Filling will be soft. Will set as it cools.
